Barcelona will play the 7th league game of the season  against Sevilla at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.

History tells us that, this fixture has always produced many goals. An average of 2.5 goals has been scored in the last 7 clashes between the two teams. The two sides have already faced each other in the European Super Cup where Barca won 5-4 in the extra time.

 Sevilla are currently sitting in the 16th position in La Liga  and have just won twice in all competitions , this season. Going by their dreadful form, we have to be the favorites for today's clash.

 Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid will face each other tomorrow, so it is a must win for us to go at the top of the table. On paper, this is the only tough fixture which we have for the next 2 months in the absence of Lionel Messi.

 Alves, Pique, Mascherano and Neymar  are all out of form. So we shouldn't  be surprised if we actually lose/draw today.

Surprisingly, Unai Emery  who hasn't won against Barcelona is  confident that his team can get something from this game. 

UNAI EMERY: "We are really motivated to take on a great team like Barcelona, Even more so because it's in our own stadium. The Sanchez Pizjuan is the perfect scene. Tomorrow is the perfect day to face Barcelona. It's at 16.00h, the best time, after eating."

Injuries to Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta shouldn't be an excuse. The team should be able to put up a decent fight and come up with a win.
