Getafe 0 Barcelona 0 | No proper system

I ended my previous post saying : "The System worked because we won and winning is the only thing that matters".
In La Liga, the lesser teams consider getting 1 point from Big 2 as a win and Big 2 regard it as a loss. We have lost today and it has raised some serious concerns over the system/template. Failing to get all 3 points vs Getafe is a step backwards after winning our first big match of the season.
I refrained myself from commenting about the system after our win vs PSG claiming 'It sucks the joy out of the win'. But now, we have lot of time in our hand (*Winter Break*) to assess the situation at Barcelona.
No system. What's going on
Luis Enrique gets a lot of blame in this regard as he is the manager of our team. As I have said earlier, we lack ideas. We lack a proper system. Luis Enrique plays a bold/risky formation against big teams and favors a conservative approach against lesser teams. The opposition teams usually prefer to park the bus against us . 3 managers have gone and 4th one is here, but still we don't have a proper plan to break the bus.
We lacked the required width today and played exactly how Getafe wanted us to play - In the Centre. No wing play, no movements. We are in need of a goal and 95% of the times Messi is our saviour, but he ended playing very deep today instead of being a threat in their box . If a team ends up playing different formation every game, it wins some, it'll lose some. And that's precisely what happened today.
Also, Messi plays week in, week out. May be he would have had a greater impact on the game as a sub against a less energetic team. Does the manager has what it takes to tell him to come as a sub? Good question.
It's infuriating to see old Xavi helping us to control the match, game after game. Against PSG , the system worked because our strikers had space and they were threat throughout the game.Credits to Lucho. But in this match, Luis Enrique failed to assess the situation and many a times he has shown that he is fickle minded(tactically). Luis Enrique should find his proper plan A instead of groping for the win every single match. And many times even in dream I end up asking this question.Why in the seven hell does Mathieu gets to play at LB?
Hope things turn around after the winter break.
