We are Cursed at Anoeta, but that's the last thing in my worry list right now. When the whistle was blown at FT, I  flushed out all the anger and frustration out of my system. Because, this is not the first time the manager has looked clueless, this season. Time to sit back and contemplate about what's going on at Barcelona?

Are we a pub team?

When asked about the decision to leave Messi and Neymar on the bench. Luis Enrique said, "Would I take same decision of leaving Messi and Neymar on bench? Don't know. Had trained less, so didn't want to take risks."

The fixtures are released at the start of the season so that the club can plan leaves/training accordingly. In this modern era, even a 12 year kid would be knowing that "Barca have a dreadful record at Anoeta and haven't won there since years". If Luis Enrique knew well in advance that the two best players will not be available for full 90 minutes at Anoeta, what action did he take? Didn't he have b**s to say : "Get your ass over here immediately. We've got work to do" ?.

Seriously?

Another thing which annoys me during his presser is that he keeps on insisting that his rotation will help the team in the latter part of the season. It looks like he has thoroughly ignored the fact that 'League is a Marathon '. If we stumble now how can we lift ourselves up in March and April. What's the use of playing those irrelevant games with 'Fresh legs' then?

Montoya hasn't played for months and he pops up at the place where we haven't won even during the legendary Guardiola days. I think any rational fan will have identified the potential problems in the team by now.And nobody should be surprised if most of the fingers  are pointed towards Luis Enrique, right now.

Let's get the shit right

Don't let yourselves convince that the team is shit. Because it's not. Here is the quick comparison of Barca under TATA Martino and Luis Enrique

Under TATA Martino

1) Messi was waiting for TAXI. He was lot worse and he hardly covered any distance.
2) Neymar was injured during this time. I'm pretty sure about that.
3) People were bashing TATA for winning in not so beautiful fashion.
4) Victor Valdes got injured and we had to rely on 38 year old Pinto.
5) Pre-Season last year was totally worse which  added fatigue to the already depleted team.

And we were just one goal short of winning the league. Technically speaking, Messi's goal was legit and due to human error, we lost the league.

 Under Luis Enrique.

-- We have got Couple of defenders in Mathieu and Vermaelen(How can we ignore  that he didn't      have anything to say in these transfers)
--Got Suarez and Rakitic - Enrique's choice totally.
--Literally no pre-season at all.
--Messi and Neymar combo is much better than last season.

Not every one of them can become Guardiola just because they have managed Barca B. It is extremely infuriating to see that the manager and board, together are wasting the Prime of world class players.

Anyway, all we can do is hope for the best.

Visca Barca
