Espanyol 0 Barca 2. The title race is on. .

Elsewhere, the league is done. Bayern Munich won the league last Saturday and can rest as many players as possible for the super epic clash between Barcelona. Chelsea have wrapped it up too after Mancity's slump in January. Meanwhile, La Liga which was supposed to be boring is the most exciting league in the world. Both Barca and Real Madrid are winning games for fun and nobody is sure as who's going to be the champions of Spain. I was expecting Celta Vigo to snatch some points from Real Madrid, but never came. Instead, those unlucky lives had to witness Chicharito scoring against them. How unlucky one can get?
Coming to the Derbi Barceloni, it was supposed to be fierce tactical battle, but it ended up as a one sided affair. We took the match under our control pretty soon and it was quite possibly the best first half we have ever played all season. Mind you, I have said that quite some times. Under Luis Enrique, we are winning the matches easily where we were supposed to suffer badly. So, there's certainly a plan B which is working brilliantly.
Messi was amazing in the first twenty odd minutes. His passing was exquisite. Every season, Messi demonstrates atleast one quality that makes us wonder whether he's actually one of us or 'Messi es del otro mundo' . In one such occasion, Messi spotted Alba's run and sent a pinpoint pass which he controlled sweetly and sent to Suarez, who would've tried to score that if he was wearing a Liverpool shirt, but here, he did a dummy to create a proper space and chance for Neymar, who made no mistake to send the ball into the net. 1-0 to Barca.
We were in total control right from the start, thus the goals were inevitable. The second goal was amazing too, but it was offside. We can always assume that linesman compensated us well in advance for that stupid'est' redcard ever which was given for Alba, who stated the obvious. Lahoz later admitted to Leo that 'Protesting everything annoys me' . Alba was stupid too in that case. Anyways Espanyol were never going to win that match even if were down to 9. But Alba and Lahoz made sure that there wasn't going to be any goal fest. But I'd take 0-2 any day.
Btw, now I'm realizing the importance of that 3rd goal vs Real Madrid which never came. We wasted so many chances in that second half. Aargghhh. Whom to blame? -> Messi and Neymar
Why 3rd goal was important?
Case :
If Real Madrid win all of their remaining games.
If Barca win all of their remaining games barring Atletico Madrid. That is Barca wins all of their matches and gets a 1-1 draw at Calderon(Say)
Then, Real Madrid will be champions of Spain under Carlo Fucking Ancelloti.
Anyway, I'm fairly confident that we can go with all guns blazing in all our remaining games in both CL and league, thanks to Luis Enrique's rotation policy . Messi won't qualify for rotation because
"Sin rotación para extranjeros"
Visca Barca.
