Let's face it. Valencia are one of  the toughest opponents we have faced all season. We were fortunate enough to win against them in both the occasions. This season  we have won many games  which we were supposed to lose or draw. But, a win is a win. If we score 8 goals or 1 goal it doesn't matters. All that matters is 3 points. We are pretty good at this juncture and may very well win a treble or may end up with just Copa Del Rey or even worse. Nothing.

Luis Enrique has done a fantastic job till now. Under Enrique, we are much better side defensively and also we have learnt how to score some goals from set pieces too. Pique and Mathieu are bossing the aerial duels. Two of our front three always play well. Suarez is showing what he is really capable of . Some of his goals in the past couple of months are mind-blowing.

We have witnessed some brilliant matches in the last two months. I have listed few of them.

1) Barca 2 ManCity 1
2) Barca 2 Real Madrid 1
3) Sevilla 2 Barcelona 2
4) PSG 1 Barcelona 3
5) Barcelona 2 Valencia 0.

Some of the matches have also demonstrated the shift in our philosophy. For ex: Real Madrid were bossing the match and were much effective with the ball.  On the other hand, we scored via set piece and via long pass. But, it isn't entirely a shift in philosophy. We are still keeping possession, albeit at the end of 60 or 70 minutes. There are 6 games to go and I'm expecting Real Madrid to lose one or two games which makes us the favorites to win the league. But, we cannot always rely on Ancelloti to fuck up the league. Can we? They are a promising side. As I'm writing this, their two key players, Bale and Modric are injured. Woohoo!

I'm still not sure if we can beat Real Madrid over two legs in the CL. So, I'm desperately praying for a Atletico win in a coming Madrid derby. This season has been quite fascinating in all aspects. There were some moments of apprehension and some moments of absolute superiority and some moments of 'What the fuck Enrique is doing at Barcelona'. Our front three are always playing well. Hopefully, they continue to do so till the end of the season. And another thing, Messi has reached 400 goals for Barcelona. He took 8 years to reach his first 200 goals and scored another 200 goals in 2 years. GENIUS.  We are lucky to witness one of the greatest club sides in the history of Football playing at their peak for almost 8 years. Enjoy the ride.
