Gerard Pique could be banned upto 12 matches

Gerard Pique could be banned between 4 to 12 matches after abusing the linesman in the second leg of spanish super cup.
Article 94 of the RFEF's discipline code states that: "To insult, offend or show an abusive attitude to the referee or one of his assistants will be sanctioned with a ban of 4 to 12 games."
Pique apparently said "Me cago en tu puta madre" ("I shit on your wh** mother") to the referee's assistant, but denies saying the same.
Francesco Rubio, the head of the discipline committee will decide the amount of ban on wednesday. The club have also released the official statement regarding the incident
"FC Barcelona have presented arguments against the red card shown to Gerard Piqué in the 58th minute of the game against Athletic Club in the second leg of the Spanish Super Cup.
The argument put forward is that the player did not address the referee's assistant in the terms included by referee Velasco Carballo in his subsequent report."
Pique will be banned for at least 4 games which means he will not play against Athletic Bilbao, Atletico Madrid (AWAY). Malaga and Levante(HOME) games.
