Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona-The clash of titans
This time Barcelona are going to vicente calderon stadium with the hope to end atletico's brilliant run.Atletico madrid are doing exceedingly well.Once they take a lead ,game over. Thanks to Diego Simeone.
David villa and Diego Costa will cause our defenders a lot of problems. Diego Costa alone is capable of bullying our defenders.Villa has still that potential and has proved it back in the Super cup by scoring against us in the first match itself.
Even Barcelona are doing very well.If you had asked me in summer ,"If Messi gets injured for 2 months.Will Barca be still top? " Hell No!!!
Now Barcelona sit at the top of the league with another record of "Most Home wins" in a season . Messi,Valdes,Puyol,Mascherano,Alves were some of the players who got injured for couple of months at least.It's not just MESSIIIII .Many players were not available and yet we won in style. YAYY!!
Martino did a good job in building team confidence without LIONEL MESSI.
The flops of the last season(In terms of goal scoring)

These players have a double digits already in terms of goal scored. I was shocked to see that Pedro just had 3 goals ,last year,this time of the season.
Alexis sanchez looks like he has gained his udinese form back.All know he does well in tracking back and helping the team in defending,but he faced a lot of criticism for his inability in scoring goals last year. Now it's good to see him score.
I am very happy that ,the other players are stepping up in the absence of leo. Now that our Leo is back, I still want to see our other strikers score and just don't leave all on Messi like in 11-12
I am very much excited about the match vs Atleico madrid. As you all know Messi will play against Getafe in CDR. Messi may not start the game vs Atletico IMO. It will be a very tough game. Atletico rely more on their physical strength rather than technical. In order to get all three points, we need to break the bus. We are a perfect team for them as they are a purely counter attacking side. With Messi back in the team(may come as a sub or even start) , neymar and sanchez drifting wide . On top of that, Iniesta ,Busquets and xavi feeding them. I expect us to win.Let's wait and watch.
